Profit Leap Consulting LLC: Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions of Profit Leap Consulting LLC (“PLC”). This page outlines the details of our “10% Profit Increase in 6 Months or Your Money Back” Guarantee.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions are for informational purposes only and are subject to the binding terms set forth in the Master Membership Agreement (“MSA”), which governs this Guarantee.

The Guarantee
Our promise is simple: If your business does not achieve a 10% increase in Owner’s Discretionary Earnings (“ODE”) within six months of using our services, you may request a refund—provided that the conditions below are met.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Guarantee, you must:
1. Remain an active client in good standing with PLC for the entire six-month period.
2. Make all payments on time, with no late or missed payments.
3. Attend all scheduled consulting meetings (rescheduled meetings are allowed, but unjustified no-shows are not).
4. Follow PLC’s recommendations to the best of your ability.
5. Ensure your ODE (as defined in the MSA) does not increase by 10% or more within six months of starting services.

How to Submit a Claim
1. Submit your refund request in writing or via email to support@ProfitLeap.ai within thirty (30) days after the six-month period ends.
2. Include the following documentation with your request:

• Evidence of your ODE at the start and end of the six-month period.
• Proof of meeting attendance and adherence to recommendations.
• Any other relevant documentation PLC requests to verify your claim.

Determination of Eligibility
PLC will review your submission to ensure all conditions have been met. Refunds are issued only if all eligibility criteria are satisfied. PLC reserves the right to deny claims that fail to meet the requirements.

Limitations and Exclusions
1. Refunds do not apply if:

• Payments are missed or late.
• You breach any terms of the MSA.
• Financial data or documentation is incomplete, inaccurate, or not provided.

2. The Guarantee applies only to services explicitly outlined in the MSA and does not extend to any additional or separately contracted services.

Binding Agreement Disclaimer
The Money Back Guarantee described on this page is not a binding offer until the Client has executed the Master Membership Agreement (“MSA”) with Profit Leap Consulting LLC (“PLC”) and fulfilled all required conditions, including timely payment of fees and adherence to the MSA terms. This webpage is for informational purposes only and does not create any contractual obligation between the Client and PLC until consideration has been provided and the MSA has been duly signed.
